IS A WISCONSIN-BASED, FREE-WHEELING, NON-POLITICAL, NON-COMMITTEE-BASED GRANT GIVING ENTITY DEDICATED TO THE SIMPLE PHILOSOPHY OF REWARDING GOOD THINGS IN WISCONSIN. MY INTENT IS TO BYPASS THE BUREAUCRACY AND GET THE MONEY TO THE PEOPLE - NO APPLICATION NECESSARY. I AM PRIMARILY INTERESTED IN SUPPORTING ALL THINGS ARTISTIC THOUGH INHERENT TO MY PHILOSOPHY, I WILL NOT LIMIT MYSELF TO ANY BUREAUCRATIC NOTION. THE MONEY HAS NO STRINGS AND RECIPIENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO USE IT AS THEY SEE FIT.
